On a roll

Short term - half marathon in 3 weeks, half marathon 4 weeks after that
Long term - Warrior Dash end of June, Chicago Marathon Oct. 7

I think I'm feeling good.  Running 3 times a week around 23 mpw.  If I can add that fourth day in I will be able to get up to 30.  I will hold my base around 30-35 hopefully until the Chicago Marathon.  I have been also circuit training once a week.  My body seems to be holding up well with the mileage back, but not losing any weight.  I want to lose about 10 pounds before the Marathon just to be lighter. We'll see. My diet isn't what it needs to be right now and that's a fact.
